Hey!, a little help please! 
dosn't even open de wraper or skin, dont know how it called the one inside the folder pcsx2 ce

how can i play through a controller

It’s very easy. it depends whether your using a xbox controller or a dualshock. For xbox simply hold on the pairing button on the top of the controller. Go to your bluetooth and you should see “Xbox Wireless Controller”. Once connected start the emulation and the controller should automatically work. 
For Dualshock Remotes I can’t offer much help because I have never used a dualshock because of how easy Xbox controllers are to connect.
