PCSX2 Cannot load GS Plugins

I have a windows vista and when i configure PCSX2 it says i cannot load GS PLugins people say i should run PCSX2 as adminastrator but i right click and there is no Run as Adminastrator

The other possibilities are:
1.You don't have the newest directx(or at least not the on that the version of GSdx you are using)
2.You are trying to use GSdx version which your processor don't support(SSSE3 or SSE4)
3.Your video card doesn't have Pixel Shader 2

all the above and one more: install it away from the C:\Program Files (or the x86 akin), avoid that folder for any game actually, use a non protected one, something like C:\Games you create yourself does the trick.
