#1
Question
I was wondering while i was doing another gameplay recording when i asked myself, what does fraps drain for recording CPU or RAM?

Yeah hdd write speed probably matters a lot. Doing about 4gb for every minute of recording, I can usually tell through a stutter when it's making another file to split up the video
Core i5-750 @ 2.67
4GB CORSAIR XMS3
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5770

Use the built-in recording hot key (F12) and choose a video compressor like Xvid or Lagarith Video compressor. Sure, it isn't full speed while recording (usually 30-40 fps) but when you play back the file, it's full speed! Plus you can force 720p or 1080p resolutions (they can get ridiculously large in file size, though). Use Virtual Dub to combine the .AVI and audio .wav files into one video file.

Good thing i found a way around it i seached and found that zzogl is capturing images in BGR instead of RGB
So in my Pinnacle Studio i just swapped Red with Blue and there we go Laugh

ok but why are the players not opening it right, cant find codecs, errors, fail overlay mixer, sometimes speed is like gameplay (not the 100%),sometimes faster than 100%.This is madness (and no its not Sparta)

My pcsx2 can't load zzogl plugin. What kind of plugin it is?

This is ZeroGS OpenGL if it cant load that means that you probablty dont have cg.dll and cgGL.dll in the pcsx2 root folder

P.S. new problem the video i made in playback is 100% but sometimes it looses the overlay and goes back to slow original gameplay WHILE PLAYING THE FILE!as for Virtual Dub it sucks - chopes my recordings and saves AVI with 2-3fps and bad quality. The experimenting continues.....after I install Win7 Tongue
