The issue comes when I run the program immediately.

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Intel i5 4440 3.1ghz
nVidia gtx 750Ti
8 Kingstone ram
Windows ultimate 64bit service pack 1

I use the latest version downloaded from this site

I didn't change any defult sitting that has to do with games and graphic cards...etc and my computer didn't have anyproblem with running games like BF4-TR 2013-NFS Rival...etc

I couldn't try any games because as I said it's crash immediately when I double click the program.

I guess I already did during PCSX installing .. and I just installed it again but still not working.

Are you in an arabic area by chance? If so delete the "ar" folder from inside the "Langs" folder

It works!
By a chance I'm an Arab .. it's weird solution tbh .. and I hope it gets fixed in the coming versions to giveِs Arabs a chance to enjoy their favorite classic games.

It's a known issue. I think it IS fixed in the GIT builds.
