I think you can play PCSX2 in that PC greatly in the default settings and use the Direct3D10 on the GSDX plugin because your GPU is powerful enough...about that Joystick thing I think that you should try to configure it with Lilypad...

EDIT:The Problem of that GamePad is the lack of Analog's..you should have bought one with that...
Playing with PCSX2:
nothing now.

200FPS???Oo..isn´t that to fast??You should try to maximize the graphics to see if the speed goes down a little...

Some people want some speed and other...Oo it's just too much!!^^

I really don't play cause my PC isn't capable of it...yet...I think that doesn't do any diference so play at Windowed Mode..and by the way make sure you unckeck native resolution and put it the highest of highest..^^

I tried still on the same window screen size
#10
-.-....xD the objective of that is not to modify the size of the Window...but the resolution....it Highs Up the details I think..so you can get lower FPS if you want to change the size of the Window just play at full screen I think that you'll get a drop down of FPS to if you put it at the maximum resolution..If you can play it You'll have amazing graphics..
