PCSX2 Nightly 1.7.0 -loading pnach files - pls helpme

Having issues to load a pnach file content for the game Armored core: Last raven.
Codes loads just fine in the stable version, but in nightly I am not able to load
here are the codes that I attemp to load with nightly version

My current settings are just like are shown in the screenshot  with video as software mode
what did I do wrong here?

convert your pnach encoding to utf8 instead of utf16
