By the way, reading a thread abot a homebrew named GSM in psx-scene y began to understad why these games in 512x448 are so difficult to patch, it seems that the developer of this games use some sort of trade-off between the framerate/resolution/performance for the games, although the games look identical to the ones using a window res of 640x448 (full framebuffer) in the practice they are rendered at 512x448 (half framebuffer), because of that some games has two or more different modes depending on whether you are in the menus, in games or cutscenes, but I can be wrong.
