Check the CRC to what is being reported by PCSX2 it will be when you first open the game look in the log for a CRC number and compare that tot what the patch is called if they match then there is an issue if it doesn't match check that you are using the right patch for your region.

I did a test, and sure as heck, the cheats didn't load in Full Boot!
I'll make sure to add this important note to the readme.

Another reason for the coders to add a Full\Fast boot hack in Gameindex.

I don't know of any games that need Boot full to work anyways. All my games load fine with boot fast. So I have not used the boot full method at all really.

Added FMV-hacks for Project Zero 3 (PAL\Europe) on 16:9 mode.
16:10 mode (with FMV-hacks) included as alternative.
