This is going to sound dumb, but are you encrypting the codes?

So I was trying to get GTA LCS NTSC U pnach widescreen code to work with Codebreaker 9.2 .elf but no luck!

I know the pnach code is a long one! But I double and tripled checked that I entered it properly in Codebreaker.
Once I start the game it just goes to a black screen.
So far I've gotten most of the ps2 library to work with pnach files and Codebreaker 9.2 .elf with the exception of
Manhunt NTSC U
MGS Snake Eater NTSC U
Resident Evil Outbreak NTSC U version 2
Resident Evil Outbreak File #2 NTSC U

Has anybody else attempted this?

So I have ended using ps2rdmod_100 to have GTA LCS and GTA VCS to work with widescreen pnach file. I still however can't get these games to work in either codebreaker 9.2 .elf or ps2rdmod_100. Has anybody run into issues with these games?

I'm grabbing the pnach files from the archive zip in here: \PS2 Widescreen\NTSC-U
Is there another location I could grab the pnach files for NTSC U?

No, I input the codes exactly the same as in the pnach file. No worries though, nothing wrong with asking questions.

No wonder it's freezing for you. You need to encrypt both the master code and the widescreen code into Codebreaker V7+ format or they won't work.

Then is missing the one of Cocoto Kart Racer?

So I ended up using Codebreaker 9.2 .elf to get MGS Snake Eater NTSC U to work! I guess I was converting the code wrong with omniconvert. I converted them from pnach to Codebreaker v7 + and that worked.
I tried the same for these but no luck!
