There really are alot people complain about the same issue with VC++ not working correct, I starting to wonder if MS is pushing updates that are some how corrupting the VC++/OS. or if systems them selves arent updated.

Removed ucrtbase.dll. Still no good.
Replaced ucrtbase.dll with other one. Still no good.

Upgraded to Windows 10. Nothing.
Got the ucrtbase.dll from my friend. No longer generates events from Event viewer.

EDIT: Why is no one responding to this anymore?

PCSX2 works fine on Windows 10 without doing anything special. It always has, even back during the technical preview.

@OP - did you try a repair install of JUST VCREDIST 2015 x86? That should fix it.

Repairing does no good, Blyss Sarania. I have a real OS from Lenovo (because I have y50).
