It is comming from the gl trace in gsdx. Either a multi thread issue or a race condition in context creation.

no worry, I'm sure I can easily reproduce it on my side. Potentially I call a gl logging function from a bad thread. It isn't a big issue.
I don't know why (maybe omit frame pointer optimization or gsdx stuff) but you're trace is useless without symbol on GSdx side (stack 3/4/5). Anyway, I will try to run PCSX2 a bit. I was busy with others activity first. If I don't forget, I will look at it Saturday.
Edit: I disabled the logging when the calling thread is bad. Crash ought to be gone.

Crash in debug or dev build ? There are various assertion on debug that I need to fix one day. Did you try latest git ?
