Hi gregory.

Automatic CRC level was set to "Aggressive", but now I set it to "Full (Safest)".

This game is heavy. And your driver isn't fully optimized yet. Maybe a newer Mesa could help.

After an update of PCSX2 and Mesa packages today...

Code:
OpenGL information.
GPU: Mesa DRI Intel(R) Ivybridge Mobile x86/MMX/SSE2.
Vendor: Intel Open Source Technology Center.
Driver: (Core Profile) Mesa 12.0.6

... I got a sweet boost on speed/performance (MIN:45%, MAX:75%). I'll test it with another games.

Seems like Mesa is switching to version 13.x. Ubuntu repos are delivering latest 12.x (12.0.6). I can compile 13.x but I'm not sure if it's stable.

I'm having an issue with "crackling" audio with the following spu settings.  I've experienced it with FFX and Kingdom Hearts.  KH is running just fine, but this crackling is driving my nuts.  I noticed an issue on github in reference to SDL2 2.0.4; however, re-compiling PCSX2 (multiarch) against the git repo is proving impossible.  Could it be another issue?  Have any other tips?  (I've tried every combination of Interpolation/module/portaudio API/SDL API/Sync mode, and this setup offers the best quality/speed of sound; for example, when using portaudio I get constant buffer underruns).

Cracking noise issue:

spu2-x
Code:
[OUTPUT]
Output_Module=SDLAudio
Latency=100
Synch_Mode=1
[PORTAUDIO]
HostApi=ALSA

Wasapi_Exclusive_Mode=0
Minimal_Suggested_Latency=1
Manual_Suggested_Latency_MS=20
[SDL]
HostApi=alsa

SDL2
Code:
apt-cache policy libsdl2-2.0-0:i386

There is a daily build available here https://launchpad.net/%7Epcsx2-team/+arc...csx2-daily

Otherwise, I will try to post a build of spu2x (but I'm not reliable and quite busy and I'm on Debian)

By the way maybe the latency is too small (or too big?)
