PCSX2 is not responding

I have Windows 7 64bit

I had downloaded this once before and it worked great then it stopped working. I did the truth full download 9.7 now it does not respond after i put in FFX.

I have:
Processor Intel® Celeron® CPU 900 @ 2.20GHz, 2194 Mhz, 1 Core(s), 1 Logical Processor(s)

2gb RAM


not sure in the graphic card. I am using what my Compaq laptop came with it.

Nevermind I corrected it. I had the wrong bios.
