That's the log above...
PC Specs:
Intel Core i7 4790K 4GHz - 4.4GHz OCed
GTX 1080 Gaming G1 8GB VRAM
16GB DDR3 2400MHz Corsair Vengence

I have tried resetting all the settings but it does no good when I boot into BIOS [Europe v2.00] PCSX2 displays that it's running on 0.95FPS which is REALLY low. I have checked with video plugin to see if it's using the right GPU, which it is.

Help anyone?

It's like a developed version of Mega9Dev.Dll that plugin that allows you to use a virtual HD for PS2, but in this developed version, it also allows you to use your network adapter.

And did you tried to switch to the null plugin to see if there is any difference in the speed(the problem could be caused by that plugin)

Yes, it did not do anything...

Try one of the newer development builds and see if the issue still exists.

Two questions(and while we are trying to figure out what's wrong, use the Null DEV9 plugin)

1.Does this happen immediately after you use full boot(during the animation with the squares)or after the PlayStation 2 logo over the black screen
2.Did you tried CDVD=>No Disk just to check the speed

Try deleting the mec and the nvm files from the bios folder and try pcsx2 again
I think I encounter slowdowns long time ago and after I delete those files, the speed was back to normal

That seem to work, I installed the latest dev builds and it's gone....

It happens immediately after I use full boot. And yes I did try No Disk CDVD option.
