I have a friend who is stuck with a computer that they're not allowed to upgrade. Her father just keeps giving her hand-me-down computers and doesn't want to put much work into them, etc. They have 1GB of RAM, running Windows XP, on 3GHz Pentium 4 with Hyperthreading. The real problem is that it has Intel 865G integrated graphics. Surprisingly, her computer actually can run DS and N64 emulators with no issues.
The thing is, she REALLY wants to run a PS2 emulator on this thing, even if it only gets 10 fps or something. She's apparently used to playing high-end games at very slow speeds, and always gets burned when the minimum system requirements for any program increase.
Basically, I just need to know if there is an older version of PCSX2 that doesn't have this Pixel Shader requirement, or if there's some kind of plugin available that doesn't have it, etc. At this point, performance and perfect emulation isn't an issue... it just has to somewhat work.
