PCSX2 wont start, tried reinstalling/reformatting, have all drivers

Whenever I try to run PCSX2 with an iso or without it gives me the error

Microsoft Visual C++ runtime library
Runtime Error This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way please contact the applications support team for more information.

I googled how to fix this, I have .net framework, I have C++ visual runtime 2015 and 2012, in x64 and x86, and I am using a fresh clean version of windows. Reinstalling it does not help either.

What do i do please help

EDIT: Setting my GDSX settings to open GL instead of direct11 seems to have worked. I dont know why doing that would crash it though

I'm not sure but maybe you need DirectX End-User Runtime installed as well.
