an AMD dual-core core laptop at 800mhz is very too far from the miminum requirements...it will run only at a single digit FPS

So I can't play Dragonball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 on my laptop?

No you can't play pretty much anything on that laptop I'm afraid....

I Guess PC is much better. Sorry to say, but Notebooks are not' reccomended for PCSX2 as they have lower Gigahertz and are prone to heat issues.

DS... You mean Nintendo DS. Yes. My Pentium 4 was perfect for it. But occasionally got a slowdown in 3d like mode.
