Open PCSX2_ui.ini and scroll down to the bottom. All your recently used ISO's will be there.

For anyone needing this in the future:
1. Go to
C:\Users\user\Documents\PCSX2\inis_1.4.0
2. Find PCSX2_ui
3. open with wordpad
4. scroll to the bottom
5. Find recently used ISOs [after making LEGIT ISO from disc with IMGBURN]
Which will have their file locations. Take out outdated ones and input file location of new ones.
Make sure to use two backslashes and copy it exactly like it has it. Then save.
6. Exit and Reboot program - done!

Yes, two comments though:

- For ini and other configuration files, Notepad is usually better than Wordpad, because wordpad can sometimes modify the text in ways which you cannot see, and where the program which then uses those files (PCSX2 in our case) can get confused by it. Notepad doesn't do tricks behind your back. so it's generally safer for such text configuration files.

- The file name is PCSX2_ui.ini, but because by default windows explorer hides the file extension (.ini), then you see it without the extension. This can sometimes cause confusion, since if for example you renamed it to "PCSX2_ui.ini", the real name would actually end up "PCSX2_ui.ini.ini" (twice .ini), which will make things stop working.

If you want to see the file extension in explorer to avoid such confusion, then on windows 7/XP you should first make sure the menu is visible in windows explorer (press F10 or ALT to display it if it's hidden), then tools -> folder options, and find the checkbox about hiding the extension and check it. On win 8/10 it's slightly different but still possible.
