Hello. i just wonder if ps2 controller work on pcsx2 ? and what kind of adaptors should i buy ?

Yes, they do. You just need a PS2 to USB adapter. Most adapters are fine, so just get the cheapest.

What if i have an xbox 360 wireless controller, so i only have to buy the receiver ? will it work too ?

Yes, you can also use an Xbox 360 (wireless) controller with PCSX2.
