the 3D characters and battles, and if you tried it anyway with all the values and nothing worked sorry, bad luck.

After trying all possible codes I read the whole thread and realized this too, but thank you for letting me know why anyway, just in case I hadn't read about it.

Arc the lad [SLUS_012.24]
---------------------------------------------------
Widescreen 16:10 (because if to change aspect ratio to 16:9 will be apears the thin verltical black bars). Widescreen is effective only on battle locations with horizontal scrolling. But while scrolling the screen briefly appear vertical black bars on one sides. So, some 2D games are also amenable to changing the aspect ratio if uses certain geometric primitives.

@paul_met do you think you could find a way to hack 60FPS into PS1 games using ASM?

No. I have no idea where and how to find it.

@paul_met, in the case of the hexadecimal codes which are the original values to be replaced?

for example the first one of Arc the Lad located at offset 66F68 is used 000d0924 for widescreen, but we need know which
original value is the one to be replaced by this one 000d0924.

Best regards.

What for? There is an address and a value of a certain length. It's enough. For example, if the value consists of 4 bytes, then obviously it is necessary to replace 4 bytes. What was in the original is not important.
