PSP Emulator

Are there any PSP emulators as of this moment that can run commercial games? I recall the Potemkin but it couldn't and I am interested in mostly NOT dead projects.

psp emulation is garbage right now. i wasnt able to play any game when i tried. crappy interface too. Tongue2
CPU : i7 4930k @ 4.0GHz
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 8x8GB 1603MHz 1.60v
GPU : Asus R9 290X 4GB
MOBO: Asus Rampage Extreme IV
OSYS: Windows 10 Pro

I agree with Saiki, what about ps1 emulation isn't done correctly?

Every game I own runs at 150+ FPS, and that's if I max all filter settings. With no filters I get 200 easy.

Maybe some random game that sold 4 copies doesn't work without minor glitches, but I've never seen a game that doesn't work with the correct plugin combination.
