Pad Plugin Issue

Hey guys,
I downloaded pcsx2.0.9.8 svn and everything is working great.
I hadbeen using my keyboard just as a quick fix until my new controller came in(xbox 360) and for some reason it is not working.
I have the LillyPad most recent plugin. I test for it and it works.
also, my configuration is fine as i have all 24 binnaries covered.
For some reason I get no response whatsoever when attempting to play kingdom hearts.

Any help would be appreciated

P.S. I forogt, but it may be important. For some reason when I plug it into my computer the 3rd quadrant lights iup instead of the first?

Its pcsx2 0.9.9 SVN.

Did you enable XInput. Does the Device appears in Windows/Lilypad. Did you installed its drivers.
