Parappa 2 texture clipping

in parrapa 2, on the newest nightly build (QT), some textures seem to be too big for their boundaries. every texture on the Hud is just slightly cropped out, which really bugs me, I've noticed the more I increase the internal resolution scale, the more the textures clip, the picture attached shows this issue.
   
if anyone knows a fix or has a patch/config file for parappa 2 it would be much appreciated. thank you!

extra info: in the RTC Vanguard build of PCSX2, this issue never appears when changing internal resolution, the reason I switched was to use Retroachievements

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

the RTC build refers to Real time corruptor, an emulator pack that also packs PCSX2, this version can only be opened using the launcher, which also launches the engine used for corrupting the games used by PCSX2.

also, this affects almost every texture on the HUD, the only exception being the font used in-game. I want the textures to work as they are meant to without having to go back to 1.0x internal resolution.

Probably the upscaling fixes to sort the blur out on the level select screen, try in native resolution
