It means what it says,that there is no patch available for the game you are running. Some games need patches for doing things like skipping videos,to help them run but only a handful.

Ok. You still haven't described any kind of problem,provided any kind of information about which game it is,which PCSX2 you are using with what plugins,how all these are configured and your system specs.
And since people cannot read minds,no one can help you this way.
