Are you using pcsx2 in WinXP compatibility mode<< Yes i use windows 7 64bit now and i try to use xp compatility mode but still out of memory

Any reason why are you using pcsx2 with compatibility mode?
I also have x64 Win7 and pcsx2 works fine(without any compatibility mode)

I'm starting to think(by looking at the logs)that something if wrong with your game.
1.What are you using to load the image CDVD=> Plugin or ISO
2.Does this happen only with this game or it happens with any game(if you can't try with any other game,try CDVD=>No Disk and then System>Boot CDVD(Full) )
