Pcsx2 launching, game is not
#1
Using an ISO ripped (using imgburn) directly from a disk.

After launching PCSX2, it goes into the browser, where I see my disk. After selecting it, it then launches. After that, it goes into a black screen. Then returns to the browser. I've tried launching directly from the disk, same result.

Hardware/OS:
64 Windows 8.1
AMD FX™-8350 Eight Core @ 4.0GhZ
16 GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 660

PCSX2 Version: 1.0.0
Default settings.

Trying to run Ace Combat 5 from ISO.

Console log:

Since reset to default did the trick, let's try and understand what may happened.

1 - To read the ISO directly, make sure "Iso" is selected at the CDVD menu, browse the file with the top most option in the same menu. Make sure no actual disk is mounted elsewhere. That's the preferable way.

2 - Mount the ISO in a virtual driver and use "Plugin", this should be avoided where possible. OF course using the "Plugin" option is the way to go to play actual physical discs if at all necessary.

3 - Select "No Disk" to access the BIOS directly, like to format memcards or whatever else.
