What Game? Change pcsx2 back to default settings.

Could you please specify when it goes to 30 or is it random every now and then. Probably, the game is a an bit demanding for your pc. Tongue2

your CPU may not be strong enough, then (2.8 ghz is sometimes not enough for those game)
if you have a way to overclock it to 3-3.5 ghz, that would help too...

better stick with intel.
AMD performs badly with pcsx2 most of the time.
