Your graphics card is crap. You also didn't mention what game, how slow, which PCSX2 version, what plugins so no one can help you anyway.

Ouch... well the game is Grim Grimoire, graphics plugin: GSdx 890 (MSVC 15.00, SSE2) 0. 1. 14, sound: SPU2-X 1.1.0, cdvdrom: Linuz Iso CDVD 0.8.0., Dev9: Dev9null Driver 0.3.0., USB: USBnull Driver 0.5.0., FWnull Driver 0.4.0., Bios: USA v01.60 (07/02/2002) Console. It was running well for the opening cutscenes but once the game started it slowed down, I run games like Warhammer II and Sword of the New World perfectly so I don't see why I can't run PS2 emulators but I trust you're word, hopefully you can help me though. Thanks.
Ohh and it's PCSX2 0.9.6

PS2 emulation has nothing to do with running games designed for the PC. For more read this

All you can do is check "native" in GSdx configuration and use the latest 1888 beta which has some speed ups: http://pcsx2.net/downloads.php?p=publicbeta
