Performance issues in-game.

Hi, I am trying to fix 2 problems with PCSX2:
1.) Everything is slow motion in the game (slow input).
2.) Low FPS

I am really not sure what the problem is with the slow motion thing as my CPU usage is only at 40 and none of my cores are maxed out.

SPECS:

a10-5800k 4 core 4.2Ghz
r9 280x 3gb 1100Mhz SAPPHIRE
8gb Hyperx Beast RAM

GAMES TESTED:

Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction
Star Wars Battlefront

Oh! The screen also turns white when I put on directx 11 (hardware), but when I say white, I mean like infrared looking kinda thing (its fine for about 5 seconds, but then it slowly changes).

I would really appreciate with anyone could help me with this problem with mine. Thank you

sw mode is the only way to get past menu in the game Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction as mentioned here.

did the slow input occur only for the specified game ? did you test with any other games?

I probably should test it on another game...
