Persona 3 FES Text Issue
#1
So far, I've been emulating Persona 3 FES perfectly except for one tiny issue that's been grinding my gears:
Any important text such as the main character's name, the name of any personas, specific stats, and the names of social links all have these strange gaps inbetween the texts

What do?

you're using the HUD fix in the widescreen patch for this game. It can't be prevented with keywords, so if you want to fix it, turn off the HUD fix in the patch file. 2D will be stretched with it off, but you should'nt have the misalignment issues.

It's the font fix, not the HUD fix, silly. Tongue

The font fixes for Persona 3 and 4 cause spacing gaps.
Either you can live with it, or turn it off.

How do I turn these off?

EDIT:
Coincidentally, this issue only arose when I applied widescreen
Anyway I can get widescreen without this issue?

Open the .pnach file using notepad, and put // in front of the codes you don't want to use... and this has to be for every line.

Why do people that? I know your turning that line into a comment but why not just cut and paste it into a different text document?

Because commenting is easier if you decide you'd rather turn it back on.
