Persona 4 Exp Cheat

I've been using a exp multiplier on Persona 4 for a while now
but then all of a sudden all my characters (exept the main character base level) stopped leveling up and they're stuck at level 45
I've searched if there's some kind of level cap within the game or something like this but i can't find anything.

is there anything wrong with the codes? or my game just bugged out?
