Persona 4 Pnach Issue: Main Character has no Skills

The main character has no skills available in combat, yet outside combat he has patra and dia probably from the Persona I used prior to enabling cheats. All persona cards I received legit are in the compendium with skills and have skills in combat. All the persona I got in the compendium from cheats have blank windows for the skill info. That explains why I have no skills in combat, but there must be a solution to this. All the other party members have max exp and full skills. Even if I disable cheats, they are still level 99 and have max exp for personas just like the compendium. However, the difference is that in compendium all Personas have blank skill info and in combat my main character has no skills. This is very annoying because that is my main character.

/ Play the game, get one level with one Arcana, don't use the mod for change this arcana, changes the level of the arcana to 9 and put the event on 63, this /will make u be in the last one event for maximilize this arcana, so, the game will recognize that u maximilized the friendship playing through the game, but u /only watch 2 events of all the scenes for max it, but will continue to be valid for true ending(i've already did it and test, it really works =D)

A few things to note (and I am no expert so take this lightly):
You seem to have alot of MAX Exp codes. Are all those needed (there are at least 10 of them activated). Perhaps there are too many or some are for the wrong region, causing issues elsewhere?

There are codes with three slashes...I dont know if that comments them out or causes issues:

It doesn't matter if it has 3 / or 2 they still are being left out of the pnach. those codes are correct, I've got the same pnach and they work just fine for me Smile

Take a look in the emulog. Do you see any TLB misses? They will be Red in the Main PCSX2 display screen.

Everything with a // infront will be disabled, so if there's a patch at the beginning of the line it's activated, some cheats are persistent and there is NO way to make them undone, besides replaying the game.

Any code can be undone if you know what was the previous value.
Also personas added to the book this way

is normal to not have any skills on them.
The code above just enable the persona on the list but does not do anything about the stats or skills.

The personas skills and stats are added exactly like you are writing them in a book.
That book is like excel file with columns and rows.If you don't write anything to those columns\rows(when registering a persona,the persona stats and skills are added to those columns\rows),you will just get a persona with no skills.

You can't just enable all personas and have all of the skills those personas have by default.
If you were not allowed to have custom skills(if they were fixed for each persona)when fusing personas,then this code will give you all personas with of the default skills each one of them have but since the skills are not fixed,you will get personas with no skills when you use that code

Yeah, no errors. It should be working fine. I checked multiple times, but might be due to the fact that I started using the cheats mid-game during an unbeatable turn-based battle (didn't grind).

I didn't want the social links maxed, so I kept those in-game. The only ones I maxed were to prevent grinding (completely eliminated) and to enjoy the experience with traits that I do have in real life (max intelligence, max courage, max diligence (in games lol), and normal social).

I just beat the game, but I got the worst possible ending. I did save everyone prior though, so that was good. I was never good at these types of games. I didn't figure out the path to the true ending because I didn't use guides, but that's fine and I wanted to figure it out on my own for the experience. I live with my decisions. At least in Mass Effect, I did have a better ending, though it wasn't perfect either.

I activated the x4 exp codes for MC and party and ended up at level 99 after the first battle but only for the main character, so those are broken.

Also could you explain exactly which arcana's are active on the all positive arcana effects active code? I want to keep the game close to it's original state but really just earn a little extra xp and money. (x2 xp for MC, party, and persona's and x2 money earned) If you could break the positive arcana codes into individual codes that would be amazing, but really just knowing what is active would be fine.
