Persona 4 - rainbow floor glitch
#1
I'm getting a graphical glitch with Persona 4 PAL, a rainbow garbled texture centered around the PC on the floor. Seems to be a classic for Persona games, but after hours wading through archives I still can't find a solution.

* Using official beta pcsx2 0.9.7 with august plugin update
* Direct 3D 10, hardware rendering, 1440*1080 geometry with 2x HW AA
* turning speedhacks on or off makes no difference
* OS/hardware : Windows 7, i5 750, GTS 250, 2GB of RAM

PCSX2 settings? Plugin settings?

Try disabling AA, try an scaling internal resolution. Make sure you're either using microVU in the PCSX2 VUs options or enable the Persona gamefix.

disable aa and / or check if the glitch still appears with native resolution.

Shadow Lady > By a scaling internal resolution, do you mean a square one like 1440*1440 ? Or should I keep using 2^x values like 1024 or 2048 ?

Ok, I tried your advices and it seems the antialiasing is indeed to blame. Thanks!
