Try deleting your gsdx.ini file and start again, those pics look like AA being enabled Tongue2

I didn't do that.
I edited it in Notepad++ instead and set msaa to 0, fixed the problem. It also fixed the artifacts that appear around the player shadow. It's sort of embarassing how I didn't think to check for a way to turn off AA in an .ini file before this. Since I'm used to dealing with this kind of stuff. Blush

So for anyone who finds this thread after having this problem themselves, here's the solution.

SOLUTION

#1. Go into your C:\\users\<name>\documents\pcsx2\inis\
#2. Open up GSdx.ini with notepad or similar program
#3. Edit the 17th line "msaa" (multisample anti-aliasing) and set it to 0
#4. Save the file

Enjoy Persona 4 without rainbow floors.
Thanks Shadow, for all the help.

Add
Code:
allowHacks=1
to gsdx.ini. That add an AA option to the GSDX config.

Awesome, now how do I change the langage for pcsx2 back to English? Swedish is great and all, but it's so much easier to troubleshoot in English when you don't have to translate everything.

If you don't want to reset your settings(which would allow you to change language) you can just edit PCSX2_ui.ini (while pcsx2 is closed) find this line and set it:
Code:
LanguageCode=english
save and run pcsx2 in english;]
change it to "default" again to run in your system default language.
