Very good, but what version of Microsoft Excel or other program is required to open it?
The internet suggests Excel 2007 or up, is that right? Gaming Rig: Intel i7 6700k @ 4.8Ghz | GTX 1070 TI | 32GB RAM | 960GB(480GB+480GB RAID0) SSD | 2x 1TB HDD

It works, except for you need to name the file after your game's CRC, which will be different depending on region, etc. For instance mine had to be named "0B9E3D1F.pnach" I'm sure you probably knew this already and just forgot to include it Other than that, it definitely works. Great job! Gaming Rig: Intel i7 6700k @ 4.8Ghz | GTX 1070 TI | 32GB RAM | 960GB(480GB+480GB RAID0) SSD | 2x 1TB HDD

Sorry for inconvenience and not writing about a region. This tool's codes are for NTSC-U. PAL is not supported.
I'm not sure, but you might use converted codes by using Cheat Address Converter (in my signature). An offset address a difference between NTSC-U and PAL looks like +3580 from this page's NTSC-U and PAL codes. If you add this offset address to NTSC-U codes, you might use the converted codes for PAL. Try this method like below. The Offset Finder screen image is just FYI. 1. Run Cheat Address Converter. 2. Enter "+3580" into the Offset Address field. 3. Paste Persona Modifier (NTSC-U) codes into the left pane. 4. Click the Convert button. PAL codes will appear on the right pane. [attachment=52327]
