PC is slow. Minimum system requirements :-

CPU: Core 2 duo from 3.2GHz or I3/I5/I7 @ 2.7 OR MORE
AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ 3.0GHz or Phenom II @ 3.2 GHz

GPU: Nvidia GeForce 9600GT 1GB or better.

Your Graphics Card is very slow. Better upgrade fast. Smile

I'm sorry to say but your PC was much to slow to run GoW. You can try enabling speedhacks, Looking on the Wiki set VU cycle stealing to 2, and enable all recommended speedhacks.

Also, run Native
Intel Core i5-4690k @4.5ghz
Samsung 16GB DDR3 @2000mhz
GeForce GTX 680 4GB
Windows 7 x64

it it's easier when you visited to the computer shop near you and ask questions there.
Main Hub:i5-4670(3.4Ghz Factory Clocked),ATi Radeon HD7770(GDDR5+128-bit+1GB),Win 10 SL(x64),ASUS H8M-E,8GB DDR3 RAM

I don't think the graphics is enough.

for GOW to run any decent and good looking you'd might need a more recent dual or quadcore processor with atleast 3 Ghz or better up to 4 Ghz and a more recent graphics card. that way you'd need a completely new computer from this year or maybe for budget from last year.

buying a graphics card only is kinda pointless. the rest would keep up with it. you'd still be only to play games in like lowmed. so a half baked graphics is a waste.

better save some and buy a completely new computer later. Wink
