Please help: invisible/missing weapons and other weird visual bugs

TBL miss also comes from using cheats too or using something that previously is activated by using cheats then save and then load that save

In Persona 3 I add the "Death" skill(real last boss skill)to a persona and if a certain conditions are not met before I use the skill,a TBL miss appear in the console(on the PS2,the PS2 freeze)

Thanks for all the responses guys. I just used codebreaker to unlock all the upgrades, I couldn't take it anymore
