Please help me set up PCSX

for both and im getting 60fps but I'm still getting slowdown during gameplay. I just tried manhunt and here comes the pain and they run fine. Its just the punisher that runs in slow motion.

60 fps is the normal speed.
I dont see how you can experience slodowns since you're not using any speedhack.

no clue either how is my computer for running pcxs2? is there any other way to configure the emulator? I'm totally new to this.

To start, we don't know how you configured yours.

little question : you said you have 60 fps, but slowdowns ?
it's simply impossible with this config.

If you get 60fps, that's the full speed of a game.
did you try to see if the game lags on your PS2 too ?
