Obviously GA-Z68X-UD5-B3 is Much better i think, But It isnt available at my Market Area, so have to go with GA-Z68XP-UD4..

So can anybody tell me more Details and Differences between These Two Boards?
Any Problems?

The UD5 doesn't seem better, just a 3rd PCI-X port but who cares. Get the UD4, it's a fine board

The difference in those cases usually is extra ports.
It's not like the UD5 is even more "ultra durable" or something.
