Plugin error. Help!

When i'm starting emulator , an error is coming "plugin load failure lugins\zero gs.dll , sysliberror message : <null>. Please help to solve it!

actually, it's not that important as long as you use gsdx as gfx plugin.

thats mean , still i can play games? Well actually, haven'd tried any game yet, i was just configuring it . Thanks dude! Will test it today itself.
