okay....i am noot very good in english but i'll try to explain you my problem.

Before i reinstalled my windows i had games running at full speed.....and there were no problems....but when i reinstalled it from win Vista to Win 7.....i downloaded pcsx2(tried different versions) and any game i tried to play were runing very slooooowly.......and there is also a problem with the sound plugin when i choose spu2-x it gives me error

Although this will quite possibly be closed as u have mentioned downloading games (I have chosen to reply incase its due to your poor English)
