You are right, i am using a laptop. I will like to know if getting new graphic card will make gs plugin to always open. But is it possible for me to upgrade my video card and my cpu ram or should i make plans to get another laptop!!!

Get another laptop. I don't think you can even find parts to upgrade a laptop this old now
