Plz provide best GS plugin

My pc specs are :-

Plz help me. what GS plugin should I use? I dont know my video card.When I run a game with SSE2 it says pixel shader is not supported. when I run it with GSnull I can hear the audio but no video.in log it displays doin a soft reset of GS plugin.
