I noticed that NTSC-U versions of Ace Combat games have been fixed with collision issues, while NTSC-J versions are not.
I was able to pull this thread up:

I'm not aware how mebius1 found the correct address; nevertheless his fix works perfectly in the NTSC-J version of Ace Combat 5.
It would be great to see his fix included in GameIndex.dbf. (I don't know how to make use of git)
I've been trying to figure out the right addresses for Ace Combat Zero, with no luck.
Can anyone help me with this?
