I don't know why that save is not working,here try this one(the password is the same)

CRAP! Same deal. This time it loaded the save so I decided to save the state(F1) Then at the character select screen I see some of the fighter become locked again after a few seconds when I lad the state with F3. Should I provide another save file? This one was a codebreaker save. Although it shouldn't be a problem because it worked perfect with 0.96, which ironically refuses to work anymore.
