If you placed the d3dx?_43.dll files into the pcsx2 folder I give you but it's still not working,then there is no hope for you.

DirectX must be installed(which you can't do because of that restriction you have).There is no copy=>paste for DirectX installation.

To make it work with the directx you have,you'll probably need to download some old GSdx version...how old...no idea

yeah everything else seems to work, i loaded the game but said i needed directx

says "Failed to init xaudio2 Engine"

Where I told you to place all of the other needed files...in the pcsx2 directory(you will overwrite the x86 DX files)

Edit:Tell the person who put that restriction on you to at least update your DirectX
