Preload Frame Data and Texture Offset Setting

Hi All

I'm playing Front Mission 4 that got some minor issue regarding upscaling artifact, and according the front mission 4 wiki, the way to fix it to activate "Preload Frame Data" and Change the "Texture Offset"

but, I can't find both of those option in v1.7.5381, i already activate Tools -> Show Advance Settings, and still cant find the option

any help?

Right Click on game, Properties, Graphics, Rendering tab, check "Manual Hardware Renderer Fixes", New Manual Fixes tab will appear. It's there.
