you need a PS2 to use the emulator, yes.
This emu needs sony PS2's bios to work. Since it's a copyrighted piece of software, you need to extract it from your own PS2.

It's not like Dolphin/VBA that you can just insert the disk and play.

lol i dont even have to insert a disk i just hit run and choose my ISO file and the game starts

ahh is there any other Emulator so i can use like dolphine?

Edit: ohh wait i have some old PS2 but he cant read disks lol but he starts

No, A PS2 Emulator needs the BIOS. Infact any Emulator needs it. But Some emulators are able to function just like the BIOS meaning you don't require the BIOS to be there. But for PCSX2 its not the same. You need a PS2 for that.
