Alright, I have got an iso file of Champions of Norrath, but whenever I try and load it up with Pcsx2 0.9.6, it tells me to insert a playstation or playstation 2 disc into my cd drive, even though I tried running the iso on it in the first place. I've been trying to resolve this problem for a number of days now, and I have no idea how to do it.
Also when I try to mount the disc, it comes up with a number of options to open it, such as burning the file to a dvd, or other things, but doesn't come up with the option to autorun, what am I doing wrong?

You can't autorun PS2 discs. Maybe you could register PCSX2 onto that list you see, but it isn't very easy.
First off, if you're using the image loading CD/DVD plugin, make sure the image you're trying to load isn't mounted or opened in any other application. This is very important, and many errors come from having it mounted and trying to run it with the CD/DVD plugin as well.
Are you sure you're using File -> Run CD/DVD to start it up?

I managed to get it working, but when it does load, it only loads the left half of the screen and the right side has been cut off. Then it gets to the loading screen and stops responding until I close it, no idea how I'm going to sort that out.

You can try the latest beta. For the 0.9.6 release the game is marked as 'Intro' which matches your experience

Never had a job that involved surfing the internet for at least 3 hours each shift?
They are quite fun if you're getting more than minimum wage.
