probably because you don't a have a DX11 nor a dx10 compatible GPU
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

Plz jesalvein, is there a chance that my old pc :

Operating System = Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600)
Physical RAM = 1015 MB
CPU name = Intel® Pentium® 4 CPU 3.00GHz
Vendor/Model = GenuineIntel (stepping 03)
CPU speed = 2.992 ghz (2 logical threads)

Could work with a pcsx2 emulator without lagging too much? :/ I'm willing to download or do everything to make it work plz x)

Sry for being that late to answer, with my little niece of 4 months I have to handle until her mom come back, It's not a simple task. I think being dad will be really difficult for me lol .

Could I run some of those games?:
- DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi? ( 1, 2 or 3 , don't really care )
- Saint Seiya ( The Sanctuary or Hades Chapter )
- Gran turismo ( 3 or 4 )
- Ratchet and Clank ( 3 or Deadlocked alias Gladiator )
- Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja ( 3, 4 or 5 )
- PES ( 2010-..-13 )
- DBZ Infinite World
- Need for speed ( any of them )
- Tekken ( 4 or 5 )

Yeah, those games aren't gong to run.

You will get the best results with DBZ Infinite World, but it will still be slow.

Honestly, better keep playing those games on your PS2. none of them will be enjoyable.

probably.
not much, but some may be near playable (saint seya) if you have a decent GPU.

So even the desktop of the first page will have some problems to make run at a good speed those games? >< Sad
